A helping hand for your family.

Safe Families for Children works to ensure the safety and stability of families. It takes a village, and sometimes we don’t have a village surrounding us. When your family is facing isolation, we make our volunteer families available. Our volunteer community will become an extended family-like support to walk alongside you as you work towards your goals.

How it works.

  1. Your local SFFC chapter will receive your completed form and contact you
  2. You and local staff will work together to determine if SFFC is the best resource for you and your current needs, if so local staff will open your referral and work with you to determine your goals and volunteer needs
  3. Local staff will work to connect you to a volunteer
  4. Communication between you, the volunteer, and the local SFFC chapter is ongoing and consistent for the duration of your referral and beyond
